Markenfield Hall houses the archive of Caroline Norton, a poet writer and campaigner for women's rights who, in Victorian times, faced the same challenges as my subjects.

I was interviewed by Melissa Mitchell, Assistant Curator at the Wordsworth Trust.  In the second part of 'Women behind the Words', a Wordsworth Trust project that seeks to explore the lives of Dorothy, Mary & Dora Wordsworth through their manuscript writings, we spoke about Dorothy Wordsworth and  the role she had in the production of her brother's poetry.
